Himalayan Pink Salt Applications for Infectious Skin Diseases

Our skin protects us from outer influences and is our body’s largest excretive organ. Our skin mirrors our body and our soul. Mistakenly, it is thought that our skin has an acid protection coat, a notion that is promoted by the cosmetic industry. However, their products actually acidify our body even more, because our skin does not have an acid protection coat. The pH factors used to reason the existences of this protective coat are average values from studies with subjects who were already overlay acid. The inner acidity is mirrored in the skin. Our skin, as our entire body, needs neutral pH factors. Himalayan Pink Salt can regulate the pH of the skin optimally effects.

A healthy body has natural healthy skin. If you use any additional substances, make sure they are of high quality and designed to support the skin’s own self-healing capabilities, e.g. products from the Water&Salt Body Care series. We are more prone to skin problems, such as acne or allergies, if we eat a lot of animal protein in the form of eggs, fish, meat and dairy. It is important to dink the sole in addition to the topical salt applications. Until inner balance is reached, the topical applications have a supportive effect.

Acne, Unhealthy Skin, Eczema
These skin diseases are mentioned together because they require identical treatment. We have mentioned that the skin is a mirror of our body and, foremost, of our intestine. Skin irritations and eczema appearing around the neckline and in the face, especially around the mouth area, always indicate a disrupted intestinal flora. The body cannot eliminate its toxins and, hence, excretes them through the skin. A change of diet, together with a colon cleanse, is necessary to eliminate the cause. At the same time, it is also important to drink plenty of living spring water, low in mineral, in order to flush out the waste material. An additional salt therapy will “work wonders.”

This application works for dry and oily skin alike because of the balancing properties of the Himalayan Pink Salt. After this treatment your skin will have been replenished with natural moisture and has attained a balanced pH. In order to maintain this condition, it is recommended to apply a peloid mask (sole mud) once or twice a month.

Himalayan Pink Salt Applications for Infectious Skin Diseases

  1. Drink one cup of sole (one teaspoon/ 1% of Himalayan Pink Salt, 99% of Living Spring water) every morning on an empty stomach.
  2. Drink two to three quarts of low mineral and non-carbonated water per day.
  3. Once daily, apply concentrated sole to the troubled areas allowing it to absorb into the skin. If you must use creams, only choose high quality products such as Water&Salt Skin Care.
  4. Apply a peloid mask (sole mud) twice a week and let it soak in for 15-20 minutes before removing the mask with a wet washcloth.
  5. Initial worsening of the skin’s condition is possible. However, once this phase passes, the skin improves dramatically.
