Himalayan Salt for Heart Health

A sole (pronounced so-lay) is a type of brine that is meant for consumption. Drinking a sole make from Himalayan Salt is a simple way to improve your heart health. To make your own sole, simply follow the following instruction:

  • 1/4 glass jar of Pink or White Coarse salt
  • Spring water
How to do?
  1. Fill a glass jar about ¼ full with coarse salt crystals.
  2. Fill the rest of the jar with spring water and cover it with a lid.
  3. Let the jar rest for 24 hours
  4. Then mix 1 teaspoon of the solution in a glass of water
  5. Drink it once a day before breakfast
